Your assessment request has been submitted. We review each one personally and will send your readout by email.

What arrives

What you get back, and what it costs.

No pricing applies to this assessment. There are no tiers, no trial, nothing to buy, and no card. If you want to compare what a paid engagement covers, the offerings page lists it; institutional arrangements are handled separately.

The readout

A score out of 100 with its letter grade, each of the ten factors scored individually, your weakest area named, your three strongest signals and your three largest gaps — each written as a sentence rather than a code. It arrives by email, usually within a few minutes.

Who it is for

Individual physicians, group practices, health systems and healthcare companies. The scoring model classifies which of those you are before it scores anything, because the questions worth asking about a surgeon are not the questions worth asking about a platform. A practice is never marked down for lacking a developer API.

If you want a person

You can request a review by a member of the team rather than take the automated readout at face value. Reply to the result email, or contact us directly and talk to us about what the score missed.

Handling

What happens to the page you submit.

We read one public page

We fetch the URL you give us exactly as any search engine or answer engine would, and we read what is publicly served. Nothing is logged in, nothing is crawled beyond the address you provide, and no patient information is requested at any point.

Security and data handling

Your result is sent to you. It is not published, not added to a directory, and not sold. What we retain and why is set out in the privacy policy. Availability is United States-wide; the service is hosted and requires nothing installed.

Provenance

Every result carries the scoring model and the rubric version that produced it, and the date it was run. That is deliberate: a score circulated without its version is a number nobody can check. The published standard sets out what each factor measures, and the methodology explains how the corpus behind it is built. Read the standard before you accept the number.

Frequently asked

Questions people ask first.

Is it actually free?

Yes. The assessment is complimentary and carries no obligation. There is no charge, no card, and no pricing attached to it.

What do you do with my page?

We read the single public URL you submit, the way an answer engine would, and send the result to you. It is not published anywhere.

How long does it take?

The readout is generated automatically and usually reaches your inbox within a few minutes of submitting the form.

Can I talk to a person about the result?

Yes. You can request a review by a member of the team, or contact us directly, and we will go through what the automated readout missed.

What is it scored against?

A published standard with ten named factors. The scoring model and rubric version appear on every result, so any score can be traced back to the exact rules that produced it.
