2. The 30-Day Verdict Refund Pledge
"If the signal that mattered was not flagged, we refund the month and you keep the data you generated."
This pledge applies to AIMN:VERDICT Member and Founding tiers only.
Eligibility
To request a refund under the 30-Day Verdict Refund Pledge:
You must be in your first 30 days of an active AIMN:VERDICT subscription (Member or Founding tier)
You must identify a specific biopharma entity or signal event that was material to your decision and was NOT flagged or generated by AIMN:VERDICT during your subscription period
The signal must have been available from one of the indexed sources (PubMed, CT.gov, SEC EDGAR, OpenFDA, bioRxiv) at the time you ran your verdict query
What "not flagged" means
A signal is considered "not flagged" if:
You ran a verdict for the entity in question during your subscription period
The relevant signal (regulatory action, trial result, adverse finding) existed in the source corpus at the time of your query
The verdict output did not surface the signal or misclassified its severity
This pledge does not apply if:
The signal was published after your verdict was generated
The signal was not indexed in one of the five source databases
You did not run a verdict for the relevant entity during your subscription period
Include: the entity you queried, the date of your query, and the signal you believe was missed
AimwellBio will respond within 5 business days. If the claim is validated, the refund is processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
