AimwellBio · AI visibility scan
When someone asks AI for care like yours, whose name comes up?
Not your Google ranking. What an assistant answers when someone asks instead of searching.
Aimwell Partners Inc. · OTCID: AIMN · Questions are chosen by AimwellBio. One engine, one day.
What it does and how it works
- It reads your website. From the page itself it works out your business name, your type of care and your city. If it cannot tell, or finds more than one city, it asks you rather than guessing.
- It asks an AI answer engine three questions. Two are about a condition or need someone might have, and one is the basic “provider in my city” question, so you can see both the gap and the baseline.
- It shows who was named. For each question you see whether your business appeared and which businesses did instead. The result is stored under a private link you can share.
Who it’s for
Independent practices, clinics, pharmacies and individual franchise locations in healthcare, including chiropractic, home infusion, autism and ABA therapy, hearing care, physical therapy and mental health. Other specialties are not covered yet, and the scan says so instead of running questions that do not fit. The scan is currently built for locations in the United States. Typical use cases: checking a location before it opens, comparing yourself with the businesses an assistant names nearby, and showing a multi-location group where it is missing.
Our approach and methodology
The questions are fixed for each specialty, asked one at a time with the same settings every time, so the same business gets the same questions on any day. Every answer is kept with the date it was given and the sources (citations) the engine returned, so a result can be checked later.
Capabilities and limits
The scan reports one thing: whether your business is named in an AI-generated answer to a question we chose. It does not rank the quality of your care, predict patient volume, or promise that any change will make an assistant name you.
Coverage and availability: currently built for locations in the United States, and for English-language websites. Security: results are stored where only our servers can read them, and each one is reachable only through its private link.
More than one location?
Franchise groups, enterprise healthcare operators and other multi-location businesses can request a multi-location review, or talk to us about having every location scanned and tracked over time. We are still working out how best to do that, so tell us what you run.
Frequently asked questions
What does this scan do?
It reads your website, works out your business type and city, then asks an AI answer engine three questions about your services and location and records whether your business is named in the answer.
Which AI does it use?
Perplexity, today. A result describes that one engine on the day the answers were given. Other assistants can answer differently.
Who chooses the questions?
AimwellBio does. They are meant to cover your services, your location and the conditions people look for care for. They are not a measure of what people in your area actually search.
Is my result private?
Each saved result gets its own unguessable link and is not indexed by search engines. Only someone with the link can see it.
Does it cost anything?
No. The scan is free and needs no signup. There is no pricing to compare because there is nothing to buy here.
How is my data handled?
The scan stores the website address, what it read from the page, the questions and the answers. It does not collect patient information, and IP addresses are never stored in readable form. Stored results can be read only by our servers, and only through a result’s private link.
Should I enter patient information?
No. Enter only a website address. The scan has no field for patient or health information.
