100 seats. The cohort that shapes the network.

The Federated Health Intelligence Network needs an opinionated foundation. The first 100 members are not buyers. They are the people whose names appear on what the network becomes — signal-by-signal, verdict-by-verdict — and whose judgment AimwellBio is built to be accountable to.

“What changes when you’re inside the cohort that shaped this network — before the network is what everyone else discovers?”

What the Founding Cohort holds AimwellBio accountable to.

Membership is mutual. The Founding 100 receive privileges. AimwellBio commits, in writing, to operating under principles the cohort can hold the company to. These are not marketing claims. They are the terms of the network.

Charter principles — binding while the founder operates the company

  • Source-traced by default. Every output in the network carries the source chain that produced it. No exceptions, no “black-box for performance.”
  • Adversarial validation, named. Every consensus verdict (PROCEED / DELAY / KILL) shows the dissent. The minority view is never erased.
  • Founding-rate locked for life. Whatever pricing AimwellBio raises to as it scales, the Founding 100 retain the original rate. Forever, in writing.
  • The cohort sees first. Every product capability, every methodology change, every pricing shift — the cohort sees and comments before public release.
  • The cohort can revoke. If two-thirds of the active cohort believes the company has materially violated the Charter, the cohort can publish that finding. Publicly.
  • Member identity is yours, not ours. Your Founding-Member badge is portable, citation-eligible, and remains yours even if you leave.

What the seat carries.

Privilege · 01
All-Tier Network Access

Read across every FHIN tier — Observer, Contributor, Researcher, Institutional — without gating. Every signal, every adversarial validation thread.

Privilege · 02
90-Day Feature Window

Every new capability ships to the cohort 90 days before general release. Your feedback is in the room where decisions are made — not after.

Privilege · 03
Annual Symposium

September 2026 · charter-only working session. Signal methodology, cross-cohort introductions, year-ahead roadmap. One seat per founder.

Privilege · 04
Founding-Rate Lock

Whatever AimwellBio raises pricing to as it scales, your founding rate is locked for life. Documented in the Charter, enforceable in writing.

Privilege · 06
Citation-Eligible Member Badge

Verifiable credential for LinkedIn, email signature, publications. Externally carrier-able — identity belongs to you, not us.

Founding cohort · one-time admission
$2,500

One-time admission. Lifetime cohort membership. Founding rate on every recurring tier AimwellBio offers from this day forward. The 101st founder pays a different price for a different product.

  • All 6 privileges above, in perpetuity
  • Charter rights and revocation authority

▸ The Shift

Old intelligence was retrospective. AI made it fast. Verification became the missing layer.

Before AI

Teams searched documents, reviewed guidance updates, followed trial movement, tracked competitors, and built internal briefs by hand. Slow but auditable. Every claim had a paper trail.

What AI Changed

Speed. The same brief that took a week now takes minutes. The trade-off: unsupported claims, stale guidance, missing context, and incomplete summaries can now move into serious decisions before anyone challenges them.

The Missing Layer

AimwellBio is the verification layer that sits between AI-generated intelligence and the decision someone signs their name to. Source-trace, adversarial review, confidence labels, institutional memory.
