Accessibility Statement
AimwellBio is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
Our Commitment
Aimwell Partners Inc. is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We view accessibility not as a feature but as infrastructure — a foundational requirement for any system that serves people.
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Accessibility Initiative (W3C/WAI) and are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.
What We Have Implemented
Our accessibility program covers all public-facing pages of the AimwellBio platform. The following measures have been deployed across every page:
- Skip Navigation — A "Skip to main content" link is available on every page, visible when focused via keyboard, allowing users to bypass repetitive navigation.
- Semantic Landmarks — All pages use proper HTML5 landmark elements including
<main>,<nav>,<header>, and<footer>to enable screen reader navigation. - Keyboard Navigation — The entire site is operable without a mouse. All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) are reachable and operable via keyboard with visible focus indicators.
- Focus Indicators — A consistent 3-pixel teal outline appears on all focused elements, ensuring keyboard users always know where they are on the page.
- ARIA Labels — All form inputs, icon-only buttons, and interactive elements include descriptive ARIA labels for screen reader compatibility.
- Reduced Motion — All animations and transitions are automatically disabled for users whose operating system is set to prefer reduced motion (
prefers-reduced-motion: reduce). - Chat Accessibility — Our concierge chat feature includes an
aria-liveregion so screen readers announce new messages, and the chat interface is fully keyboard operable. - External Links — Links that open in new tabs include appropriate
rel="noopener noreferrer"attributes for security and accessibility. - Language Declaration — Every page declares its language (
lang="en") so assistive technologies can select the correct pronunciation rules.
Conformance Status
We believe the AimwellBio platform substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Substantially conforms" means that while we have applied systematic accessibility fixes to every page, some content may not yet fully meet all Level AA success criteria. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining gaps.
Compatibility
The AimwellBio platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows)
- Keyboard-only navigation across all major browsers
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- System-level reduced motion preferences
The platform is built with standard HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and is tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the AimwellBio platform. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly audit the platform using automated tools (Lighthouse, Axe) and manual testing with assistive technologies. Our development process includes accessibility checks as part of every deployment cycle.
